TRAINING

An initial training period has been established for new employees. During this period, employees receive job training and the company has an opportunity to evaluate work performance.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Employees who have positions requiring licensing and/or certification by the Department of Agriculture in the state in which they reside, must obtain all licenses in the required categories within the first 30 days of employment.

Depending on the position, some technicians and managers must obtain a Commercial Driver's License within 30 days of employment.

All other licenses and/or certifications must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment
