Sprague selects Rux as Copesan Tech of the Year award nominee

Sprague is proud to announce that Portland Pest Prevention Specialist Rick Rux is our nominee for the prestigous Copesan 2007 Technician of the Year award.

The Copesan "Technician of the Year" award is designed to highlight the hard work and dedication of the front-line people who are the backbone of the Copesan organization - the Service Technicians.

Our Technicians are the face of Copesan to each one of the thousands of clients who rely on them to keep their facilities pest-free and their brands protected. This award honors and publicizes their contribution.

Rick has five years of experience and services 52 Copesan clients in addition to his Sprague clients. In addition to being recognized as Sprague's 2005 Bob Treleven Technician of the Year, Rick has also obtained Signature Care Certification, completed the Purdue Food Plant Pest Management course, and enrolled in the Advanced Level Urban and Industrial Pest Management Course. These qualities as well as the attributes described below by his co-workers and clients, qualify him for the award.

Sprague wishes Rick the best of luck as he competes with other technicians from throughout North America. The winner will be announced at Copesan's 2008 National Conference in January.

Many times he has been asked to provide support and accept challenges well beyond the scope of his work as a route technician.
