Our Spokane team enjoyed this adorable mouse themed cake as part of their distinction of being the 2012 service center of the year!

This month, Sprague’s Spokane service center celebrated their 4th win as Sprague’s 2012 Quality Assurance Service Center of the Year! This prestigious award is earned by having the highest quality assurance score in the company. The Spokane service center not only earned the highest rank 4 years in a row, but also improved their scores each year, earning the top score of 99.18% in 2012.


“Our Spokane team is an incredible group whose passion for quality and client service has earned them our highest honor. We couldn’t be prouder of their accomplishment and the relationships they’ve built with their customers,” said Carrie Thibodeaux, Director of Client Experience.

The Quality Assurance program measures service performance against rigorous quality standards and service protocols. QA inspection scores are accumulated throughout the year by full time, dedicated quality assurance auditors.

The team celebrated with a special lunch and mouse-themed cake.
