I think we are all impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism that our technicians and Account Executives have shown. We are very pleased that we are able to move into a professional relationship with Sprague Pest Solutions.

In particular, we are extremely impressed with the setup and service of our Technician Rick Rux. As you know, having well trained professional technicians is what makes a company succeed. Rick has set us up with a top-notch program. Our account executives Marcus Munoz and Keith Rowney were also very skilled and helpful. We had a very poor relationship with our previous pest control company and when Marcus and Keith came in, it was like a breath of fresh air. I knew right away that Sprague would be the company I wanted. Clearly Sprague also was competitively priced, which made the decision much easier.

We have also received helpful training from the top person at Corporate. I forget his name, but he came in and gave a two-hour educational seminar. Everyone from the plant manager down said this was very useful. This type of training is what makes a preventative pest control policy possible.

I would like you to know that recently we had our AIB audit. We received a score of 200/200 for Pest Control. This is a direct result of the work Sprague has done, as well as the AIB training provided to Rick Rux. Rick knew every AIB Pest Control code in the book. Overall, we received a superior score.

If you haven't noticed, we are very happy with the service your company provides and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you in the future.

April and her handler, Eckhard, were at our building Sunset House Apartments. They arrived on time and where ready to work. They inspected 82 units and two storage rooms in four hours. Eckhard showed me and the other people how April does her work. I am very happy with the way they both worked. Many thanks to Sprague and especially to Lindsey Cline for her services that affected our score rating 200 points maximum allowed for Pest Control. Inside and outside traps were all identified, clean and functional. Documents were complete and organized readily retrievable as expected. The auditor complemented her on knowledge of the process and most important her upbeat attitude in serving the PCA account.

Myself, I was impressed with her services from the beginning and recognized that Sprague was the right choice as a pest control vendor for PCA.

Having recently completed multiple audits, including Starbucks internal, FDA, and AIB, I wanted to send a note to convey the appreciation of Tazo for all the efforts of Sprague. Sprague Pest Solutions has been servicing the JR Simplot Caldwell Facility for over eight years. During this time, the performance of Brian Bredeson, our Pest Control Operator, has been exemplary.

Brian continuously demonstrates a proactive approach to addressing the potential for and treatment of pests in and around our facility. Brian is also extremely thorough in his inspection process of our facility, and with the benefit of his vast experience in servicing Food Processing/Production facilities, he provides us with the crucial support required during the eradication process whenever necessary to ensure that our products are completely protected at all times and that our customers are never impacted.

Brian has professionally addressed any concerns we have had regarding pests. He has also taken time to share pest prevention strategies with us.
