Sprague Pest Solutions announces the acquisition of California Pest Management (CAL-PEST), a respected family-owned pest management company founded by Jim and Gail Harmon. This marks Sprague’s third acquisition in the Los Angeles market, further solidifying its commitment to growth in Southern California.
Over the past several years, Sprague has seen tremendous expansion in the Los Angeles market, and the addition of CAL-PEST brings even more depth to its capabilities. With decades of experience serving school districts through Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs, CAL-PEST’s expertise aligns seamlessly with Sprague’s dedication to science-based uncompromising pest management service.
Several CAL-PEST team members will join Sprague to assist with onboarding and to ensure a smooth transition for clients. CAL-PEST customers will continue to receive the outstanding service they have come to expect while gaining access to Sprague’s robust resources, including a board-certified entomologist based in the Los Angeles branch.
