Sprague offers a 401(k) plan with company matching with a diverse selection of investment options. 4.5% matching if you contribute 6%; 100% matching up to 3%, then 50% matching up to 6%.

Sprague offers comprehensive paid job training that includes a thorough on-boarding process with our in-house Regional Entomologists, continuing education credit programs hosted multiple times a year, and advanced certification training. Employees who complete advanced certification training are eligible to receive a bonus.
In addition to our job training programs, Sprague also offers various professional development programs open to all employees, such as leadership training. Employees who complete leadership training are eligible to receive a bonus.
