Sprague Pest Solutions continues to invest in its growing California footprint with strategic leadership promotions designed to strengthen operations in their Sacramento and Fresno branches.
David Valdez, ACE, has been promoted to Branch Manager of Sprague’s Sacramento branch. Valdez, brings deep technical expertise and operational leadership to the role. His promotion reflects Sprague’s commitment to elevating proven leaders who embody the company’s high standards for service excellence and customer partnership.
To further bolster the Sacramento branch, Sprague has promoted Sonny Roldan to Operations Manager. Roldan joined Sprague at the end of 2025, bringing extensive experience in the food management industry and school district environments. His background also includes a strong foundation in sales, equipping him with a well-rounded perspective on customer needs.
Sprague has also hired Seanna Hall as a second Operations Manager in Sacramento. Hall brings an impressive background in pest management and was recognized as Female Technician of the Year in her previous role. She offers extensive experience in team training, customer success, and regulatory compliance, strengthening Sprague’s ability to deliver consistent, uncompromising service.
In addition, Sprague’s Fresno branch has welcomed its first Operations Manager, Dillon Weaver. Weaver joined Sprague in 2022 and has played a key role in supporting the company’s California expansion. As Sprague’s newest branch in the state, Fresno is home to many of the nation’s largest food suppliers in the San Joaquin Valley.
