Paid Onboarding & Training

We believe in setting up new team members for success right from the start. Our onboarding journey consists of five distinct programs, carefully designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.

Leadership Development Course 1 & 2
-
Our leadership development programs are designed to cultivate a strong pool of leaders and potential leaders within our organization. Our program consists of two distinct courses, each targeting different levels of leadership development. The first course, dives into leadership theory, coaching, and communication techniques. The second course, delves deeper into communication development, emotional intelligence, and advanced leadership concepts.
Our goal is to create a collaborative and empowered community of team members who want to push their individual lid and grow within the organization.
These courses are open to all team members, select team members who complete a leadership course are eligible for a bonus.

ACE/BCE Certification

We offer specialized preparation training programs for team members who are studying for the ACE (Associate Certified Entomologist) or BCE (Board Certified Entomologist) certification. Our experienced trainers, who themselves hold these certifications, will provide instruction, review materials, and practice sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of the exam content and format.
Team members who earn their ACE or BCE are eligible for a bonus.

Continuing Education Training

We understand the importance of staying up to date with the latest advancements and regulations in the pest control industry. We offer Continuing Education Training Units (CEU’s) for our team members who hold state pest control licenses. These CEUs are hosted by accredited individuals who are experts in their respective fields and are tailored to meet the specific requirements of each state. We host these CEU’s to ensure that our team members have every opportunity to maintain their certification while expanding their knowledge and skills.

Tuition Assistance

Qualifying team members may apply for the Sprague Scholarship for tuition assistance for pursuing any traditional post-secondary education, technical, or vocational school.
