The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the business world upside down in ways most could never have imagined.
If there was a certainty during this crisis is that pests paid little attention to social distancing or stay-at-home orders. They continued with their pursuit of identifying sustainable and easy to access sources of food, water and shelter.
Sprague Pest Solutions’ Shane Hartnett and Dr. Richard Houseman will discuss the potential pest issues that commercial properties like retail and office space face. They will share information on which pests pose a threat if left untreated and what the impact would be on those businesses. They will also review innovative solutions that Sprague offers for protecting commercial space during a closure, re-opening or operating under limited capacity.
About the Speakers
Shane Harnett is the Cascadia regional manager for Sprague Pest Solutions. His region covers the I-5 corridor from Portland, Oregon to the Canadian border. Dr. Richard Houseman is a regional entomologist with Sprague and has a wealth of experience in pest control research, analysis and training and education.
