Sprague Teams Grow With New ACE and New Operations Manager

Sprague Pest Solutions recognizes a major milestone in the professional development of two team members: Jessie Peltier, a Route Manager in Spokane, earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification and Henry Villaire in Sacramento has been promoted to Operations Manager.

Peltier joined Sprague in 2020 and has become a leader amongst his team. In 2025, he was honored for achieving Sprague’s Top 10% Technician award at Sprague’s annual Super Meeting. In the same year, he became the branch trainer for the Spokane team, sharing guidance and proficiency to elevate their service. With more than 10 years of pest control experience and a decade of prior service in the U.S. Navy as a Pharmacy Technician, Peltier brings a high level of expertise and rigor to his work.

The ACE certification is a prestigious credential that reflect deeps entomological knowledge and real-world application in the field. With Peltier’s accomplishment, 15% of Sprague’s Operations team now hold advanced pest control certifications, further elevating the company’s technical standards and service quality.

Recognizing his outstanding leadership and deep industry experience, Sprague has promoted Henry Villaire to Operations Manager in Sacramento.  Villaire joined Sprague early last year with over 30 years of experience and quickly advanced to be the branch’s lead trainer in April 2025.

In his new role, he will lead day-to-day operations, support technician performance, and ensure quality standards remain high across the region.

“Jessie and Henry embody Sprague’s value to never stop learning and growing,” said Shane Hartnett, Director of Operations. “These milestones reflect the caliber of talent at Sprague, and it is exciting to see two hard-working individuals see the recognition they deserve.”

Please join us in congratulating Jessie and Henry on their well-earned milestones. Their accomplishment reinforces Sprague’s standing as a leader in commercial pest management and the commitment to developing the best professionals in the industry.
