Nancy Leshley Becomes 4th Woman at Sprague to Earn ACE Certification

TACOMA, Wash. – September 11, 2023 Sprague Pest Solutions, a leading provider of commercial-only pest control in the Western United States, proudly announces Nancy Leshley, Route Manager in Eugene, Ore., who has earned the prestigious Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification. Leshley’s determination has set her apart – making her the fourth woman within Sprague to attain this distinguished certification.  

The ACE certification, awarded by the Entomological Society of America, recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional expertise and proficiency in entomology and pest management.  

Leshley’s tenure at Sprague spans over a decade. Her willingness to relocate, from the Oregon coast to Eastern Oregon, taking one of the largest routes that includes the branch’s largest account, exemplifies her dedication to the company’s growth and success. 

Leshley’s most significant contributions are training new employees and serving as the safety officer for the branch. She actively provides insights and suggestions to enhance team safety protocols.
