Kaleb Carpenter, a dedicated route manager from Sprague Pest Solutions’ Spokane branch, has earned his Associate Certified Entomology (ACE) designation. This milestone makes Carpenter the seventh Sprague team member in 2025 to achieve this certification, further cementing the company’s commitment to quality, expertise, and professional development.
Carpenter, who joined Sprague in 2020, has consistently demonstrated his commitment to personal growth and service excellence. He was recognized as a Top 10% Technicians in 2021, which celebrates route managers who have excelled in quality, production, customer satisfaction, and sales. He is also a graduate of Sprague’s Leadership Development 1 program, which nurtures high-performing team members who are motivated to grow within the organization.
With 15% of Sprague’s operations teams now either ACE or BCE certified, the company continues to lead the way in setting the standard for technical expertise in the pest management industry.
