Employee Benefits

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Sprague’s benefits package includes the option to choose between a PPO or HSA medical insurance plan, dental, and vision insurance.  Team members can login to our benefits portal to compare options and create a customized benefits bundle that fits their family’s health and financial needs.

Benefits are available to team members the first of the month following date of hire. 

Life/Disability Insurance

Sprague’s health benefits package includes various coverages for life insurance, and short and long-term disability insurance, including life and AD&D insurance equal to your annual salary, up to $50,000.  Team members can login to our benefits portal to compare options and create a customized benefits package bundle that fits their family’s health and financial needs.

Benefits are available to team members the first of the month following date of hire.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Sprague offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching and a diverse selection of investment options.  4.5% matching if you contribute 6%; 100% matching on the first 3%, then 50% matching up to 6%.

We are proud that our team has over $20 million collectively saved and invested in our 401(k) program, and an enrollment rate of over 95%.

Childcare

Sprague’s benefits package includes an option for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for childcare costs.  Team members can login to our benefits portal to create a benefits package bundle that fits their family’s health and financial needs.

Benefits are available to team members on the first month following their date of hire. 

Vacation, Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays

Team members receive personal time from date of hire and vacation time after 90 days.

Sprague offers all team members 8 paid holidays a year and a flexible window to schedule holidays.

Paid Training & Professional Development

Sprague offers comprehensive paid job training that includes a thorough on-boarding process with our in-house Regional Entomologists, continuing education credit programs hosted multiple times a year, and advanced certification training.  Team Members who complete advanced certification training are eligible to receive a bonus.

In addition to our job training programs, Sprague also offers various professional development programs open to all employees, such as leadership training.  Team members who complete leadership training are eligible to receive a bonus.

Sprague offers multiple opportunities for bonuses based on organizational goals, commissionable positions, unlimited referral bonuses, trainer certified bonus, and ACE/BCE certification bonus.

Tuition Assistance

Qualifying team members may apply for the Sprague Scholarship for tuition assistance for pursing any traditional post-secondary education, technical, or vocational school.

Team members in applicable positions are eligible for a take-home company service vehicle with all necessary equipment included.

By providing a dedicated take-home service vehicle, employees can avoid costs associated with commuting, such as fuel, parking fees, and wear and tear on their personal cars.  Team members can start their day directly from home, saving time and reducing stress.
