Gabe is exceptional!!! If there were 10 stars, he would get them. Gabe has been the best technician I have worked with in the past 14 years that I’ve been in Food Safety. He is extremely professional, answers all of our questions and when we call that there is a capture or problem with a tin cat or trap, he makes sure to come by as soon as he can. He is great!
