The tool driving around in a pickup with the license plate EVLRAT should probably focus on not weaving in and out of traffic and cutting through retail parking lots to avoid construction zones. I’d be embarrassed if that person was representing my business. That driver is the real pest.
So this is not a service review it's a business review.Had one of their drivers speed down Mill St in SE Portland and was so fast that even though I should have had time to pull out I would have been hit and then watched the drive fly down a green way street so fast he was flying over the bumps. When they got to 82nd they slowed down and then gassed it so hard making a right turn that they threw gravel up and by time I got to 82nd they had already flown down it I couldn't even see them anymore.Called the company and let them know and actually found people who are concerned about their company image so much so that after speaking with the receptionist and leaving a message about what happened I got a call a couple hours later from a manager wanting additional details and then let me know that they were going to handle this matter immediately because they are concerned about their company image in the public, they also told me that they have cameras in all of their vehicles so they'll be able to get to the bottom of it right away.Their driver didn't even deserve a star but the company definitely deserves five stars for how they're handling this situation.
I would never want any other pest control company then this one. They are family owned and treat there employees and clients so well. If you need any work done, you can feel good picking sprague to solve any issue.
Timely, prompt, takes direction clearly (listens), excellent recordkeeping and access (IPM). Friendly & trustworthy. I never have to worry about anything with Sprague.
Customer service was by far one of the worst ever, never made it passed the receptionist. I had to tell her how to access an account through address because she thought I was a residential customer, then she refused provide any basic information of services provided without being authorized, yet i was calling to initiate an account for a business location. Terrible...
