Sprague Pest Solutions, the largest privately held commercial pest management company, announces the promotion of Paul Treleven to Vice President of Sales. Treleven joined Sprague in January 2020 as Sales Manager and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2021. His promotion comes at a milestone moment as Sprague celebrates its 100th anniversary, marking a century of family ownership, industry leadership, and continued growth.
Treleven joined Sprague after a successful career in technical sales at multiple large Fortune 500 companies. Since joining, he has played a pivotal role in advancing Sprague’s sales organization. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when many hospitality and foodservice businesses faced extended shutdown and uncertainty, his steady leadership helped the team adapt, maintain customer relationships, and position Sprague for growth as markets reopened.

In his new role, Treleven will continue to lead Sprague’s sales strategy, focusing on long-term growth, expansion into new markets, and alignment with Sprague’s commitment to quality and customer partnerships. His leadership, along with the strength of Sprague’s sales team, will help ensure the company reminisce well positioned for continued success as it enters its next 100 years.
Treleven joins fellow fourth-generation leader Ross Treleven, CEO and President; Angela Treleven, CFO; and AJ Treleven, Executive Vice President, in helping guide the century-old, family-owned and operated company into its next phase of growth.
