The service has been amazing. Our complex has a major history of not attending to any mice, rats or cockroach issues from being an older unit to being next to new construction. Then enter Sprague with Viet as the tech. Viet has stopped the multiple critter problems and is very personable. He assessed the situation and got it all handled to where there is nothing crawling or making noise. He is also always ready and on time, even if we weren't.
