Since joining Sprague in 2020, Biagas has managed five of the company’s top ten customer accounts, overseeing $5 million in annual revenue while leading data‑driven quarterly business reviews and renewing multi‑year service agreements. His ACE certification further reinforces Sprague’s commitment to science‑based, proactive pest management solutions in highly regulated environments.
Biagas brings more than 16 years of leadership experience spanning customer experience, global operations, and strategic account management — a background that enables him to align technical pest management solutions with customer business goals.
Dax’s certification also strengthens Sprague’s industry‑leading investment in professional development. As of April 2026, 49 Sprague team members hold ACE or BCE credentials, representing approximately 16% of its operations workforce — a concentration of certified expertise that exceeds industry norms.
