Sprague Pest Solutions Named One of Washington’s 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Sprague Pest Solutions, a fourth-generation, family-owned commercial pest management company, has been named to the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2026 list of the 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in Washington. The annual list ranks the state’s private companies by revenue growth from 2023 to 2025.

The recognition comes during a landmark year for Sprague, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2026. W.B. Sprague founded the company in Spokane in 1926, and A.H. Treleven Sr. bought it in 1931, running it at first from his family’s home on North G Street in Tacoma. The Treleven family still leads Sprague today.

“Being named one of Washington’s fastest-growing companies in our centennial year means a great deal to all of us,” said Angela Treleven, Chief Financial Officer of Sprague Pest Solutions. “Growth like that is only possible because of our people. We’re entering our second century with momentum that has carried into 2026.”

From 2023 to 2025, Sprague grew revenue 24% and opened new branches in Fresno, California, and Idaho Falls, Idaho, bringing its services closer to food processing and agriculture clients in two of the West’s most productive growing regions. The company provides science-based preventive and remedial pest management and food safety consulting to food processing, agriculture, healthcare, hospitality and distribution facilities in 10 Western states.

The Business Journal will reveal the final rankings on October 22 at Lumen Field during its 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies event.
