AJ Treleven Earns Prestigious NPMA Emerging Leaders Award

TACOMA, Wash. – October 20, 2023Sprague Pest Solutions is honored to announce that director of operations, AJ Treleven, ACE has been awarded the 2023 Emerging Leaders Award by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).  This award is nominated by peers and awarded to a single recipient each year. It recognizes a rising star who has made significant contributions to the association and/or to the pest management profession while demonstrating leadership and continuing service. 

Treleven has consistently made contributions to both Sprague and the broader pest management community. In recent years, he served as a board of directors for NPMA, was a vital member of multiple NPMA committees, including the Leadership Networking Community Council and the Professional Women in Pest Management Council. Today, Treleven serves on the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) Committee – further highlighting his dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion within the industry. 

Notably, Treleven has been an active leader at NPMA’s Academy events promoting the growth and development of professionals in pest management. His exemplary work and leadership have left an indelible impression, earning him the respect and admiration of his peers.  Adding to his impressive list of accomplishments, Treleven achieved the Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) designation in 2020, underscoring his deep knowledge and expertise in the field.
