SPRAGUE PROMOTES Eckhard MULLER to Quality Assurance Team, Reinforcing Commitment to Independent Quality Oversight

Sprague Pest Solutions announces the promotion of Eckhard Muller, ACE, to its Quality Assurance (QA) team, recognizing more than two decades of service and reaffirming the company’s commitment to proactive, independent quality oversight for its commercial customers.

Eckhard joined Sprague in 2003 as a route manager and has since held a wide range of roles across the organization, including trainer technician and customer success manager. He earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification in 2011 and completed Sprague’s Leadership 1 program, building a career defined by handson field experience and technical expertise.

“Eckhard understands our business from the ground up,” said Martha Branch, ACE, Quality Assurance Manager. “That depth of understanding comes from firsthand experience across our operations, and it brings a level of practicality and credibility that truly strengthens our quality assurance efforts. This perspective is invaluable in quality assurance, where real-world insight directly influences sound decision making, regulatory confidence, and the value we ultimately deliver to our customers. As regulatory demands continue to increase and expectations become more complex, quality assurance is no longer optional—it is a strategic necessity.”

Sprague’s QA team operates as a dedicated, independent function, separate from daily service operations. This structure is intentional—ensuring objectivity, eliminating conflicts of interest, and providing customers with consistent, transparent audits held to the highest standards.

The QA team also plays a proactive role, helping customers identify potential risks early, strengthen compliance programs, and prepare for increasingly rigorous thirdparty and regulatory audits. For Sprague’s commercial clients—particularly those in food processing, manufacturing, and distribution—this level of independent quality oversight is a critical differentiator.

With Eckhard’s promotion, Sprague continues to invest in the people and programs that set its commercial pest management services apart, reinforcing quality as a cornerstone of customer success.
