Heather Mann has been promoted to Operations Manager for the Portland, Oregon office, and Chant Martin has been appointed Operations Manager for the Seattle, Washington office.
In their new roles, they will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring their respective teams continue to meet the evolving needs of our commercial clients and uphold the uncompromising service they expect. Heather Mann – Operations Manager, Portland, OR
Heather Mann has been with Sprague since 2021 and has earned her way to the Top 10% of Route Managers at Sprague for two consecutive years. She has been a critical element of the Portland team winning consecutive Branch of the Year awards in 2021 and 2022. With this promotion, she becomes Portland’s second Operations Manager for Sprague’s largest branch. Her experience in operational strategy and customer relations has been instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Chant Martin, ACE – Operations Manager, Seattle, WA
Chant Martin, ACE, is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the pest control industry. In 2023, Martin was awarded the Impact Award for Women in Pest Management by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA). Martin joined Sprague in 2019 and has consistently demonstrated an ability to lead high-performing teams while maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality. To their clients, Martin is known for their outstanding customer service and bubbly personality.
