The List Recognizes Some of the Best and Brightest Professionals in the Southern Puget Sound Region
Paul Treleven, director of sales for Sprague Pest Solutions, has been named to the South Sound Business 40 Under 40 List.
The list recognizes some of the best, brightest and most ambitious professionals in the southern Puget Sound region of Washington state.
“Year after year, each new class of 40 Under 40 honorees seems as varied and diverse as the South Sound business community they’ve been chosen to represent. The 2022 cohort is no different,” the South Sound stated. “Among their ranks you’ll find poets and bankers, lawyers and distillers, set designers and real estate brokers. They hail from places as far and near as Guam and Grays Harbor County. And each has a unique story to share.”
In his profile Treleven said working alongside his siblings in a fourth generation, nearly century- old business has made him naturally competitive person in both his personal and professional pursuits. He credits this atmosphere for giving him a sense of confidence.
“We are naturally competitive with one another and, being the youngest of three siblings, it’s my duty to outscore them in golf or other sports, and any additional challenge that is presented,” said Treleven.
South Sound Business also asked nominees what the best business advice they had received was. Treleven responded, “The right activity drives the right results.”
Sprague President Ross Treleven, a member of the 2021 40 Under 40 Class, Paul’s inclusion on the list reflects the company’s long tradition – 96 years – of engagement and support of the South Sound business community.

Paul Treleven joined Sprague Pest Solutions as sales manager in January 2020 after a successful career in technical sales for AT&T, Microsoft and Gensco. He was promoted to Director of Sales in 2021.
Treleven joins fellow fourth generation Sprague employees Ross Treleven, president, and A.J. Treleven, director of operations, in helping steer the growth of the nearly century-old family owned and operated company.
Responsible for growing Sprague’s sales efforts across its ever-widening Western U.S. footprint, Treleven and his wife, Leslee, have two boys – Cruz and Enzo. He holds a business management degree from Seattle University.
