Sprague Pest Solutions has promoted two exceptional team members—Michael Franks, ACE, and Christian Guidry—to Operations Manager roles, emphasizing their commitment to internal development and sustained regional growth.
Michael Franks, ACE / Operations Manager, Denver, CO
Franks joined Sprague in 2010 and quickly demonstrated his commitment to leadership and excellence. He completed Sprague’s Leadership Development Program in 2014 and was appointed as the team’s Trainer Technician in 2019. Earlier this year, Franks earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) designation, further solidifying his technical expertise in the field.
Franks steps into the role at a pivotal time for the Denver team, following the progression of leadership with the appointment of James Mullen, ACE as Branch Manager after the previous manager, Kolbin Bertilson, was appointed Regional Manager. This evolution highlights the strategic growth of Sprague’s operations in the Rocky Mountain region.
Christian Guidry / Operations Manager, Seattle, WA
Guidry joined Sprague in 2023 and quickly distinguished himself as a dedicated leader and safety advocate. Over the past few years, he has served as the branch’s Safety Champion, promoting a culture of workplace safety and accountability.
He joins as the second Operations Manager for the Seattle team, a milestone that reflects the expanding growth and complexity of the branch, which, despite covering a compact geographical footprint of just 80 square miles supports a high-volume client base.
These promotions mark the third and fourth internal advancements of Route Managers to Operations Managers this year, reinforcing Sprague’s commitment to developing and recognizing emerging leaders within the organization.
“As we continue to grow and expand, we are proud to elevate talented individuals who exemplify our core values and commitment to uncompromising service,” said Shane Hartnett, Director of Operations. “Mike and Christian are both proven leaders whose experience, initiative, and passion will undoubtedly strengthen their teams and Sprague as a whole.”
