TACOMA, Wash. – June 6, 2024 – Sprague Pest Solutions is proud to share that AJ Treleven, Director of Operations, has been recognized as one of the 40Under40 nominees by South Sound Business Magazine. This award honors 40 outstanding entrepreneurs, leaders, and philanthropists who are thriving in their respective industry and making a mark in the South Puget Sound area.
Treleven has made significant contributions to his community through his volunteerism, serving as the President of Greentrike, an education and advocacy organization affiliated with the Children’s Museum of Tacoma. His dedication to community service highlights his commitment to improving the lives of children and families in the South Puget Sound area.
In addition to his community involvement, Treleven has had a substantial impact on the pest management industry. In 2023, he was awarded the Emerging Leaders Award by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), recognizing him as a rising star who has made significant contributions to the association and the broader industry. He currently serves on NPMA’s Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility committee, working to make the traditionally male-dominated pest management industry more welcoming to women and minorities. In recent years, he has also been a member of the NPMA Leadership Networking Council and the Professional Women in Pest Management Council.
