I can’t speak to other folks’ experiences working here, but I can speak on my own experience. I was with this company for over 13 years. It was by far, my favorite job. The work can be hard but the pay was good and you’re given a ton of freedom. It’s up to you to manage your time and your activities. I had various ups and downs throughout my time but once management changed, the culture did as well. I had witnessed too many instances of unsafe practices such as having employees enter fumigated buildings to open doors without any protective equipment, having employees service wildlife traps without the proper licenses, etc. Some of my biggest issues came after I took three months off for surgery and recovery. Your experience may be vastly different if you decide to join the company and if you do, you might do well. Plenty of folks do. After 13 years, I finally had enough and decided that the current culture was not what I wanted to be a part of. I sincerely hope they reflect and start changing some of these practices. There really are a lot of great people in this organization.
